I visited this Dick's Sporting Goods location, and overall, my experience was average. The quality of the products was good, but not exceptional. The prices were competitive, which is a positive aspect. However, I noticed that the staff seemed to be lacking in some areas, such as being attentive to customers and providing helpful assistance. The store was clean and well-organized, with a wide selection of products. However, I did have some issues with the customer service. I had to wait for a long time to get help from a staff member, and when I finally did, they seemed to be uninterested in assisting me.One issue that stood out to me was the poor handling of returns. I had purchased an item that was defective, and when I tried to return it, I was told that it would not be accepted because it was outside of the return window. However, I was not aware of this policy when I made the purchase, and I felt that the staff should have been more helpful in explaining the process to me.Despite these issues, I did have some positive interactions with the staff. One employee, in particular, was friendly and helpful, and she went above and beyond to assist me. However, this was not a consistent experience, and I left the store feeling frustrated and disappointed.Overall, I would give this location 3 out of 5 stars. While it has some positive aspects, such as its competitive prices and wide selection of products, it also has some significant drawbacks, including poor customer service and a confusing return policy.
