I visited this medical center located at Building 712, N Houston Ave A Street in New Braunfels City. The building is easy to find, and the wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking lot, and restroom were a relief. Unfortunately, my experience with the doctor was not positive. Dr. V was not willing to consider my concerns and seemed only interested in prescribing expensive spinal injections. His condescending attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unheard. The center has amenities like a restroom, which is convenient. However, the overall quality of care and patient experience seems to be a concern. The pricing seems to be on the higher side. There is potential for innovation in pain management and healthcare services. The co-branding with Sridhar Vasireddy may indicate a commitment to quality, but it does not compensate for the issues I faced.
