The office of Dr. Sharon K Sra MD is a welcoming and well-organized place. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure that patients feel comfortable and at ease. From the initial greeting by Carmen to the preliminary testing by nurse Nina, the team works together seamlessly to provide excellent care. Dr. Sra is personable, caring, and efficient, taking the time to answer all questions and explain everything thoroughly. The office is impressively clean and neat, with all new equipment. One issue is the fact that the office charges for some services that are usually covered by insurance, which may be a surprise to some patients. However, the quality of care and the professionalism of the staff make it a great choice for eye care. Overall, the experience is highly recommended.
