It's difficult to find a place to rent an apartment, but my experience with Commerce Capital Partners has been underwhelming. The staff at Willow Oaks apartments in Bryan, Texas claimed to have no skills in customer service, which raised some red flags. I've also read about their management company in Houston towing cars without any justification and not responding to complaints. When I tried to resolve an issue with them, I was met with unprofessional behavior, including constant phone calls and emails without providing any breakdown of the payments. It seems that they prioritize getting more money from tenants over providing good service. One major issue that I have with them is their lack of responsiveness and unprofessionalism. The building has a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, which is a plus. However, the management company's behavior has left a sour taste in my mouth. If you're looking for a place to invest, I would suggest looking elsewhere. They have a website, but it doesn't seem to be very helpful in resolving issues. The working hours are standard, but it would be better if they were more accommodating to their tenants' needs. The co-brands with Commerce Capital Partners may be a sign of their commitment to providing good service, but it's hard to say for sure. Overall, my experience with Commerce Capital Partners has been disappointing, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
