This medical laboratory is located on the third floor of the Rio Tower in San Antonio City. The address is clearly marked as 4502 Medical Dr Level 3 Street. Visitors can call +12103588787 for inquiries. The laboratory's features include wheelchair-accessible restrooms, parking lots, and entrance. However, the limited opening hours may cause inconvenience to some clients. The laboratory is open from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturdays. Unfortunately, it is closed on Sundays.The laboratory also offers co-branded services with Laboratory Services - University Hospital. Some of the services provided include pediatric and children's health services. Unfortunately, the laboratory does not have a sufficient staff to provide services during all the mentioned hours, which causes frustration to the clients. One of the clients visited the laboratory during its working hours on a Saturday and was not able to get any services because the staff was not available. Another client experienced a similar issue and had to wait for more than an hour for the laboratory to open.
