The barbers are skilled and attentive, taking the time to understand each client's needs and preferences. The shop is clean and well-maintained, with a nice and modern facility. The staff's attention to detail and ability to work with clients of all ages and backgrounds is a major plus. Many reviewers appreciated the shop's LGBTQ+ friendly and transgender safe environment, which makes it a great option for those seeking a welcoming and inclusive space. The shop's identification as a veteran-owned and Black-owned business is also a positive aspect. The only negative comment mentioned was about a barbershop mistake which resulted in physical harm to the client, but the shop and its staff have been diligent in resolving the issue and learning from it.
