The waiting area is minimal, and appointments are on time. The services provided are specialized in Sports Medicine and pain management. Staff often make extra efforts to educate patients about their condition and treatment options. Dr. Crawford and Dr. Lakin are knowledgeable and professional, with excellent bedside manners. They listen attentively to patients' concerns and create personalized treatment plans. Patients appreciate the quick relief they receive from pain and the opportunity to learn exercises to prevent future issues.There is one major drawback. One customer had a negative experience with billing and customer support. They felt that the office tried to squeeze every last dollar out of them, rather than focusing on their needs as a patient. However, this issue seems to be an exception rather than the rule.Overall, Airrosti Alamo Ranch provides high-quality services and a comfortable environment for patients.
