This location, Building 7719, Interstate 35 Access Rd Road, Suite 212, has had several issues reported by clients. The staff is often described as extremely rude and non-caring. One client mentioned being forced to wait for an hour and a half beyond their appointment time, and then being hung up on when they asked about arriving a bit later to reduce wait time. Another client described the staff as disorganized and rude. The location has a wheelchair accessible entrance, parking lot, and restroom, but this may not make up for the poor service. The co-brands at this location include Alamo Cardiovascular Consultants, which specializes in cardiovascular and thoracic care. Unfortunately, the clients who have visited this location have not been impressed with their experience.
