This gym is located on Wald Rd Road, Suite B, in New Braunfels City. It is easily accessible and has a clear sign on the building. The interior is modern and well-lit, with a spacious atmosphere that allows for a comfortable workout experience. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making you feel at ease from the moment you step inside. They are knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions you may have about the gym or its services. The gym's hours of operation are convenient, with extended hours on Fridays until 10 pm. However, it's worth noting that the gym is closed on Sundays, which may not be ideal for those who prefer to work out on weekends. As for equipment, the gym has a good selection of machines and free weights, but it could benefit from some additional cardio machines and more space for stretching and mobility exercises. One thing that stood out to me was the variety of classes offered by the gym, including yoga, Pilates, and group fitness classes. These classes are a great way to mix up your routine and challenge yourself in new ways.Overall, this gym is a great option for those looking for a convenient and welcoming place to work out. However, it could benefit from some additional equipment and more flexible hours. There is no notable issue with this gym, but the lack of cardio machines could be a drawback for those who prefer to focus on cardio exercises.
