The business is a well-established fast-food chain with a consistent quality of food. The menu offers a variety of sandwiches, including roast beef, which is a highlight of the restaurant. The service is generally friendly and welcoming, with some staff members going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. However, there have been some issues with delays in food preparation and incorrect orders. The restaurant's cleanliness is a concern, with some customers reporting unpleasant odors and dirty tables. Despite this, the business has a loyal customer base and is a popular choice for those looking for a quick and affordable meal. One area for improvement is the consistency of the quality of the food, as some customers have reported inconsistent flavor and texture. Overall, the business is a solid choice for those in the area, but it may benefit from a bit of attention to detail to ensure a seamless customer experience.
