The business is located in a convenient area, with a wide range of products and services available. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with some employees standing out for their exceptional customer service skills. However, there have been some issues with inventory management, with some customers reporting that certain products were not available when they needed them. Additionally, some customers have expressed frustration with the prices of certain products, feeling that they are not competitive with other auto parts stores. Overall, the business has a lot to offer, but could benefit from some improvements in these areas. One notable issue is the uneven quality of service, with some employees being much more helpful than others. This can be frustrating for customers who have to deal with unhelpful staff. The business also seems to be innovative in some areas, such as offering same-day delivery and having a mobile app for customers to use. However, it could do more to take advantage of new technologies and improve its customer experience.
