This place is truly a gem! Starting with the environment, it's very modern and clean, which sets a good tone for the services they offer. I visited Balance Aesthetic Lab for lip filler and had an incredible experience with Alexandria. She was so gentle and explained everything in detail, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. Her professionalism and expertise are beyond impressive. I loved how patient she was, checking in with me regularly to ensure I was doing okay. The results are amazing, and I couldn't be happier. It's clear that they care deeply about their patients and strive to provide top-notch service. However, it's worth noting that there's a limited availability of services on some days, so it's essential to plan ahead and book an appointment well in advance. The working hours are somewhat restrictive, especially on weekends, but it's understandable given the nature of the business. It's also great to see that they offer various payment options, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. The fact that they're a women-owned and Latino-owned business adds to their appeal. It's wonderful to support such initiatives. One minor issue is that they don't provide detailed information about their services and prices on their website, which might be confusing for potential customers. However, their staff is knowledgeable and happy to answer questions.Overall, I would highly recommend Balance Aesthetic Lab to anyone looking for high-quality aesthetic services. The staff is friendly, the facilities are modern and clean, and the results are amazing. Just be sure to plan ahead and book your appointment early to avoid any inconvenience.
