The beauty salon has received generally positive reviews, with most customers expressing satisfaction with the services they received. The quality of the services is somewhat inconsistent, with some customers receiving excellent results while others have been disappointed. However, the prices are considered reasonable and the salon's willingness to innovate and try new techniques is commendable. Some customers have reported that the salon can be quite busy, which may lead to longer wait times. One issue that has been raised by some customers is the language barrier, as some staff members may not speak English fluently. This can make it difficult for non-Spanish speakers to communicate their needs and preferences. Additionally, there have been some reports of inconsistent results, with some customers receiving haircuts or color treatments that do not meet their expectations.Despite these issues, the salon has a strong reputation for being welcoming and inclusive, with a particular focus on serving the LGBTQ+ community. The staff are known for being friendly and accommodating, and many customers have praised the salon's ability to make them feel at ease. Overall, the salon is a good option for those looking for a affordable and welcoming beauty experience, but may want to carefully consider their expectations and needs before booking an appointment.
