I've been to this dentist's office a few times and had a very positive experience. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the visit less stressful. They're very accommodating and fit me in on short notice, even on a busy day. I like that they offer flexible scheduling options, including early morning appointments. The office is clean and well-organized, with a nice waiting area and comfortable chairs. I've had some minor issues with communication, such as difficulty getting a call back from the office manager, but overall the service has been great. Dr. Niebla is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything to me, which I appreciate. My only issue is with the office's use of outdated equipment, which sometimes causes technical difficulties. However, the staff is always quick to resolve the issue and make sure I'm taken care of.
