I recently visited this laundry location in San Antonio City, and overall I had a decent experience. The accessibility features, such as the wheelchair accessible parking lot, are a definite plus. However, the quality of the laundry service was just average, and the staff didn't seem to be paying much attention to the machines. On the other hand, the prices are very reasonable, especially considering the bulk washing options they offer. I didn't notice anything particularly innovative about the way they do things, but they seem to be doing a good job of keeping the facility clean. The fact that they're part of the Bandera Laundry co-branding also gives me some confidence in their reputation. My only issue was that the place seemed a bit underutilized, but maybe that was just because I visited on a weekday. Despite this, I'd recommend this laundry location to those looking for a no-frills, affordable service.
