The clinic has a restroom and is wheelchair accessible, including the parking lot and entrance.Unfortunately, it seems the clinic is having some difficulties. There is only one available doctor and nurses are not helpful when explaining medical procedures and medication. This leads to a lot of confusion and frustration for patients. One patient was unable to reach the doctor for several hours and had to wait until the doctor arrived in the morning, but even then, the patient was unable to speak with the doctor. The patient was not called back after leaving their phone number.It's worth noting that the clinic has a co-brand partnership with Baptist Women's Health Center, and is featured as a top option for women's health services in San Antonio. However, based on the patient feedback, it seems that the clinic is not living up to its potential.
