This location has received numerous complaints about the quality of service. Patients have reported rude and incompetent administrative staff, long wait times, and a lack of empathy. The billing department has also been criticized for taking long periods of time to process payments and for charging patients incorrectly. Some patients have even reported being overcharged and having their accounts overdrafted. The only redeeming quality of this location is its wheelchair accessibility, which is a must for some patients. However, the poor quality of service seems to overshadow this feature. It's worth noting that the doctors at this location are reportedly great, but the administrative staff is the main issue. Unfortunately, this has led to a poor overall experience for many patients.
