This laundromat, located in Building 2028 on Basse Rd Road in San Antonio City, is easily accessible for people with disabilities due to its wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. The business operates under the co-brand Basse Wash, indicating a partnership with another laundry service. The working hours are quite extensive, spanning from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day of the week, which may be convenient for those who prefer to do their laundry outside of peak hours. However, it's worth noting that there have been some issues with the dryers not functioning properly and the restrooms sometimes being out of order, which could be a concern for users.
