This business is a standout in the beauty industry. It's well-run and offers high-quality services, as evident from the excellent overall rating and the client's feedback. Jenelle and her team are highly skilled, with a keen eye for detail, as seen in the makeup and hair done for a recent wedding. The business's commitment to providing excellent services is clear. On the downside, the quality of service is not consistent, as evidenced by the lower quality score, but this is only a minor issue. The business has a good understanding of its target market and provides services that cater to their needs. The team is professional and easy to work with, as seen in the client's experience with Jenelle. However, there is a slight discrepancy in the business's hours of operation and availability. They are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, which is a bit excessive, but this may be a necessary measure to accommodate their clients' needs.
