This location is a well-established and highly-rated barbershop, clearly meeting the expectations of its clients with its high-quality service, evident from the mostly positive reviews. Many customers have expressed their satisfaction with the friendly and accommodating staff, as well as the professional and skilled barbers. BrookHill Barbershop identifies as Latino-owned and veteran-owned, highlighting its unique character and commitment to diversity. While the majority of reviews praise the barbershop, there is one mention of a specific issue that led to a client walking out due to long wait times. This incident appears to be an isolated case, and the owner's response to it seems to be dismissive, possibly even indifferent. A more empathetic approach to addressing customer concerns could potentially prevent similar incidents in the future.BrookHill Barbershop appears to cater to a diverse clientele, with features such as a wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking lot, and gender-neutral restroom, demonstrating its commitment to inclusivity. The business also explicitly identifies as LGBTQ+ friendly, creating a welcoming environment for its patrons.Despite its positive reputation, the barbershop's work hours are limited, with no services available on Mondays and Sundays. It is open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays. While this schedule may not be convenient for everyone, it seems to be sufficient for the majority of its clients.Overall, BrookHill Barbershop appears to be a reputable and sought-after destination for those seeking quality haircuts and a welcoming atmosphere. However, it is essential for the business to address its customers' concerns and work on maintaining consistent service standards to maintain its high rating.
