The business location has been very reliable for its services. The staff is usually very helpful and responsive. It's very convenient to have a restroom on site. The building is easy to navigate with wheelchair accessible restrooms, parking lot, and entrance.
The medical services are good, but there's room for improvement. The facility is modern, but not too fancy. The wheelchair accessibility features are a plus, but some areas could be improved to make it more user-friendly. It's nice that the business has partnered with a local medical provider, Brown Lance MD. It's worth noting that the doctor who works here is a great physician.
The waiting time can be quite long at times, but it's understandable given the high demand for medical services. It would be beneficial if the business could provide more clear information about the services offered and the process for receiving care. Overall, the business is solid, but could use some refinement.
