This location seems to be a mixed bag. The overall rating is a decent 4.2 out of 5, but it's clear that there are some issues with the quality of the construction. Several clients have reported problems with their homes, including cracks, poorly made systems, and incomplete repairs. It took them over a year and multiple managers to fix some of these issues, and even then, they weren't done right.The good news is that the pricing seems to be reasonable, with many clients giving it a perfect 5 out of 5. The homes look nice from the outside, and the front yards are well kept.However, there's a major concern with the flooding in the backyard of one of the clients. It's unclear how this issue was caused or how it's being addressed.One client was only on the property for a job and had no complaints. Another client simply thought the homes looked beautiful.Overall, it's essential to be cautious when considering this location due to the quality concerns and potential for major issues like flooding.
