I recently visited this medical facility and was generally pleased with my experience. The location is easy to find, situated on Lexington Ave Avenue in San Antonio City. The building itself is well-maintained, and the exterior looks neat and clean. Upon entering, I noticed that the entrance is wheelchair accessible, which is a big plus. The interior is also well-organized, and I found the restrooms to be clean and spacious. In fact, the entire facility is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and restrooms designed to accommodate people with mobility issues.The facility appears to be a part of a larger medical network, co-branded with Carlos Raul O MD.
