The location has a mixed reputation, with a score of 4.2 out of 5. While some customers have reported excellent service and good deals, others have had negative experiences with high prices, poor customer service, and dishonest sales practices. The quality of items available for sale seems to be inconsistent, with some customers finding good deals and others feeling lowballed. The location's innovativeness is notable, with features such as NFC mobile payments and wheelchair-accessible facilities. However, the rating suggests that the business may not always meet customer expectations. The issue that stands out is the mixed experience with customer service, with some employees receiving praise for being friendly and helpful, while others have been described as rude, arrogant, and dishonest. This inconsistency may be a major concern for potential customers.
