This location is a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the electric vehicle charging station is a great amenity for those who need it. However, the management of the parking garage seems to be lacking. The reviewer from 2013 reported that only one out of the four EV-only parking spaces was actually being used for its intended purpose, which is disappointing.Additionally, the reviewer from 2023 had a terrible experience with the staff, who were rude and unhelpful. They were forced to pay an excessive amount of money to exit the garage, despite having purchased a parking pass. The reviewer had to call Spot Hero for assistance, which is not ideal.Despite these issues, the location is well-maintained and clean. The working hours are also very convenient, with 24/7 operation. The co-branding with ChargePoint Charging Station is also a plus, as it suggests that the location is committed to supporting electric vehicle users.One major issue is the poor management of the parking garage, which can lead to confusing and frustrating experiences for customers.
