This location has a mix of positive and negative experiences. On the one hand, the staff is generally friendly and helpful, with some employees going above and beyond to assist customers. However, there have been several instances of poor customer service, with some customers experiencing long wait times, unhelpful employees, and difficulty getting their issues resolved. The branch's accessibility features, such as wheelchair-accessible parking, are a plus. However, some customers have reported difficulties in getting in touch with the branch over the phone, which can be frustrating. In terms of pricing, the branch seems to be competitive, with some customers mentioning that they have not experienced any issues with fees. However, there have been some complaints about the branch's efficiency in processing transactions, with some customers waiting an extended period for their transactions to be completed.Overall, this location is a decent option for banking needs, but there are areas that need improvement, particularly in terms of customer service and efficiency. The main issue with this location is the inconsistent customer service, with some employees providing excellent service while others seem to be unhelpful and unresponsive.
