The location of Chicken Express on Potranco Rd is a casual fast-food spot that serves up fried chicken, catfish, hushpuppies, and desserts. The atmosphere is welcoming, with a clean lobby and friendly staff. The menu options are straightforward, and the service is generally good, with some employees being more friendly and helpful than others. Some customers have reported issues with the online ordering system and receiving incorrect or missing items, but this seems to be an isolated problem. The prices are reasonable, with most meals falling in the $10-$20 range. Overall, the location is a decent option for a quick bite, but it could improve on consistency and quality. This review is based on 32 reviews, including positive comments about the quality of the chicken, friendly service, and cleanliness of the location. However, some customers have reported issues with the service, including a lack of condiments and refills, and incorrect orders.
