This funeral home in San Antonio City provides a good overall experience. The quality of the services is decent, with some areas that could be improved. The pricing is very competitive and fair, making it a great option for those planning a funeral. However, the home could benefit from some innovation in its services to stand out from other funeral homes. The staff is professional and helpful, and the facility is well-maintained. There is a co-branding with Committal Shelter 4, which may be a plus for some families. The working hours are consistent throughout the week, making it easy to plan a visit. One potential area of improvement is that the home could have more options for services, such as funeral flowers and urns, to better support families during a difficult time.
