The business is wheelchair accessible, with both parking and entrance facilities available for customers with disabilities.Despite the appealing concept and good customer service, some customers have expressed disappointment with the quality of the food. Some reviewers have mentioned that the portions are small, and the food lacks flavor. Additionally, there have been issues with incorrect orders and long wait times. However, many customers have praised the business for its innovative approach to fast food, with a focus on unique drinks and desserts. The rewards program has also been well-received, offering customers a discount on their purchases. One notable issue that has been raised by several customers is the inconsistent quality of the food and drinks. Some reviewers have mentioned that the food is not always warm, and the drinks are often bland. This has led to a mixed experience for some customers, with some enjoying their visit while others were disappointed.
