This location is very helpful and caring, and staff make you feel welcome. Their availability and weekend options are great features. The location also has a very good layout with a friendly and comfortable environment. The wheelchair accessibility features in this location are great. The online scheduling system is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Most staff members are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Some therapists have been a great help in their field of expertise. However, there is one issue that I need to highlight - the billing and insurance process seems to be a bit confusing, and some clients have reported being overcharged for sessions that are supposed to be covered by their insurance. It's also a bit of a problem that some staff members can be unresponsive or unhelpful when trying to resolve issues.
