I walked into the building and was greeted by the friendly staff. The location is situated on Broadway Street, which makes it easily accessible by car. The building itself is modern and well-maintained. Inside, the Counselling & Psychology Office is conveniently located on the first floor. To reach the office, I had to make an appointment, which was no problem at all. They even have a wheelchair-accessible entrance, making it easy for people with disabilities to get in. Once inside, I was pleased to see that the office is wheelchair-accessible and has a parking lot for people with disabilities.Inside the office, I was greeted by a friendly psychotherapist who was very professional and attentive. Unfortunately, the rest of the space is a bit small and cramped, but the staff made up for it with their warm welcome. The only thing that caught my attention was the lack of a wide range of amenities in the office itself. While they do have a restroom, it would be nice to have a few more comforts like a waiting area or a water cooler.Despite this, the office's location and amenities, such as wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, are a big plus. The friendly staff and professional psychotherapist make up for the lack of amenities.
