This location is a fantastic place to improve your physical shape. A strong community spirit is what this place is built on, and it's evident that every individual is there to support and push each other to reach their full potential. The workouts are challenging but well-designed to ensure that you're using proper form and techniques.
Coaches like Alyson are incredibly encouraging and always willing to help. They make sure that you feel comfortable and confident in your abilities, which is essential for progress and improvement. Everyone here is approachable and friendly, making it feel like a second home.
As a women-owned business, the gym prioritizes inclusivity and provides a welcoming environment for all individuals. The facility is wheelchair accessible, and the staff is knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of their clients.
One minor improvement that could be made is the need for more flexible scheduling options, as the current schedule may not be suitable for everyone. However, this is a minor issue in an otherwise excellent gym.
