Overall, I had a good experience at Daniela Dental. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the office was clean and modern. The dentist was knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. However, I did feel that the dentist was a bit pushy with the treatment options, and I wasn't given much of a choice in what procedures to undergo. The pricing was reasonable, but I felt that I was charged for a few unnecessary procedures. The biggest issue I had was with the communication. I was sent multiple texts and emails before and after my appointment, and I felt like I was being bombarded with reminders and promotions. It would have been nice to have a more personalized experience, rather than feeling like I was just another number in the office's system.One thing that I did appreciate was the availability of Invisalign treatment. The dentist was very knowledgeable about the procedure and explained everything thoroughly. However, I did feel that the cost was a bit steep, and I wish that there had been more payment options available.Overall, I would recommend Daniela Dental to others, but I would caution them to be prepared for a more impersonal experience.
