The office is wheelchair accessible, with a convenient parking lot and entrance. The staff is welcoming and helpful, making the experience for both children and parents as smooth as possible. The pediatrician, Dr. Barakah L. Day, MD, has excellent knowledge and skills, and her treatment plans are always well-explained. It's wonderful to see a women-owned business thriving in the community. Although the office is not open on Saturdays, the working hours on weekdays are convenient for most families. One thing that could be improved is the availability of more appointments, as the current system requires advance planning.
