I visited this dentist once and unfortunately, my experience was not good. I received a call from Mazzocco's office requesting me to make an appointment, but I don't understand how they got my name and number. I don't know if this is a common practice, but it felt like an invasion of my personal space. When I made an appointment, I had high hopes for a good experience. However, things didn't go as planned. The dentist's office didn't seem to be very accommodating, especially when it came to working with young children. One review mentioned that they wouldn't work on a child because they were too young, which is frustrating and unhelpful for parents. The office itself seems to be wheelchair accessible, which is great for people with mobility issues. However, the staff's behavior and lack of communication raised some concerns. The only positive note is that the office seems to be clean and well-maintained, which is important for a healthcare facility. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by the issues I encountered, and I wouldn't recommend this dentist to others.
