Inside, the suite was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the doctor, Dr. Christopher M. Sertich, MD, was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. The facility itself was wheelchair accessible, with accessible restrooms, parking, and entrance. However, there was a sign that indicated the office was a bit tight on space, which might cause delays.The equipment and tools used by the medical team looked up-to-date and well-maintained. The medical team was efficient in their work, and the process moved quickly. However, there was a bit of a wait time to see the doctor, which might have been due to the high volume of patients.Overall, my experience at this medical facility was good.
