I visited Dr. Emad Lawendy with my kids, and I must say that the experience was mixed. The doctor has excellent bedside manners, which is a plus. He is very experienced and has a nice way of explaining things to my kids, which makes them feel comfortable. However, I've noticed that he can be quite dismissive and rude to some patients, especially if they express concerns about their child's health. This is a major concern, as a doctor's attitude can greatly impact a patient's trust and satisfaction. The office itself is wheelchair accessible, which is a great feature. The staff is also friendly and accommodating. However, I was disappointed that the doctor did not take my concerns seriously and did not offer any additional tests or treatments that I felt were necessary.Despite this, I would recommend Dr. Lawendy to families who have younger children, as he seems to have a good rapport with them. However, it's essential to be aware of his potential attitude towards certain patients and to be prepared to advocate for your child's needs.Overall, I would give Dr. Lawendy a solid 4 out of 5 stars, but with the caveat that his behavior towards patients can be inconsistent and, at times, unacceptable.
