This business location seems to have some issues with organization and quality of service. Upon arrival, clients have reported waiting for long periods of time before being attended to. Additionally, dental coverage was not verified until after the procedure, resulting in unexpected additional costs for clients. The service was described as unprofessional, with the dentist not introducing himself or explaining future dental needs to the client's son. The office also appeared to be disorganized, with a business card holder having dried food on it. Despite a wheelchair accessible entrance, parking lot, and restroom, the office seems to have issues with staff availability, as the front desk clerk provided excuses for being short-handed. Clients have expressed that they would not recommend this location and would choose to go to a different dentist in the area. Overall, this location seems to have room for improvement in terms of quality of service and organization.
