This business location, Monarch Dental, is a dentist's office located in San Antonio City. The office has a team of professionals led by Dr. Lori A. Lemaire, DDS.
The office is wheelchair accessible, with accessible restrooms, parking lot, and entrance. However, this has not been enough to make the clients satisfied with the service they received.
From the clients' feedback, it is clear that there is an issue with the office's management of time and scheduling. The clients have reported having to wait for an extended period of time before being seen by a doctor or hygienist, despite arriving early for their appointments.
There have been complaints about being told to arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment, only to be made to wait even longer. This has led to clients feeling like their time is being wasted, and has resulted in a low overall rating.
It seems like the office needs to work on its communication and scheduling to improve the experience for its clients.
