This medical facility has a clean and modern building. It's located in a convenient spot, easy to find. The staff is well-dressed and professional. I had a positive experience with Dr. Paul D. Bertolino, MD, who is one of the facility's partners. However, the quality of care was average, and I didn't receive a detailed explanation of my diagnosis. The waiting time was also a bit long. Despite this, the prices for services were very reasonable, which was a big plus. I liked the fact that the facility is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot, restroom, and entrance that are all accessible to people with disabilities. However, there is an issue with the lack of transparency in medical billing, which was confusing and frustrating.
