This medical facility is conveniently located in the heart of San Antonio City, making it easily accessible to patients. The building itself is quite impressive, with a modern and sleek design. Upon entering, visitors are greeted by a wheelchair-accessible entrance, which is a thoughtful touch.Inside, the facility is clean and well-maintained, with a clearly visible sign directing patients to the reception area. Unfortunately, the quality of care is somewhat of a mixed bag, with some areas performing better than others. The staff seems friendly and welcoming, but there is room for improvement in terms of overall efficiency. The parking lot is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus, and the restroom facilities are also designed with accessibility in mind. One notable aspect of this facility is its association with Dr. Phillip L. Fortenberry, MD, which lends credibility to its medical services. Overall, this facility is a solid choice for patients in need of medical care, but there are a few areas where it falls short.
