I recently visited this Other Medics location in San Antonio City. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease during my visit. The facility was clean and well-maintained, with a pleasant atmosphere. However, I did notice that the quality of care could be improved, as some of the equipment seemed outdated. The restroom on site was clean and easily accessible. I was also pleased to see that the building had a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot, making it easy for those with mobility issues to access. The doctor I saw, Dr. Polly B. Hansen, MD, was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in a clear and concise manner. Unfortunately, the location itself is a bit tricky to find, and the signage could be improved. Despite this, I would recommend this location for its convenient location and high-quality service. However, there is one major issue: the lack of regular updates on their phone number, as the phone number listed is sometimes unavailable.
