The restroom is also wheelchair accessible, making it convenient for visitors with mobility issues. The atmosphere inside is calm and suitable for young children. The waiting area is simple but clean. I had to wait for about 30 minutes before seeing the doctor, which is normal for a pediatrician's office. Dr. Ferry Jr. and his staff are friendly and seem to know what they're doing. The co-branding with Dr. Ferry Jr. adds a sense of reliability and trustworthiness. However, I had to ask to be called back by the nurse, as it took a while to get an update on my child's appointment. A bit more clarity on communication would make the experience smoother.
