I visited this location for my son's psychiatric care. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The doctor who attended to us, Dr. Shyamala B. Rao, MD, left the practice suddenly and without warning, leaving us with unpaid medical bills. This lack of communication and professional courtesy was unacceptable. It would have been helpful if we were informed of her departure, allowing us to find alternative care for our son. The sudden loss of our doctor has caused us undue stress and frustration. The location itself has wheelchair-accessible restrooms, parking, and entrance, which is a positive feature. However, the unprofessional behavior of Dr. Rao and her team has overshadowed these amenities.
