I visited this medical practice located on Stone Oak Pkwy Parkway, and my experience was somewhat mixed. On one hand, the staff seemed very professional and attentive to my medical needs. They were knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me in a way that I could understand. However, I did have some issues with the office staff's communication and responsiveness. On multiple occasions, I had difficulty getting through to them by phone or getting a response to my messages. This was frustrating, especially when I was trying to schedule appointments or get medication refills.Unfortunately, this lack of communication was a recurring theme throughout my interactions with the office. I had to drive to the office multiple times to get my issues heard, and even then, I often had to wait for a long time to speak with someone. This was not what I expected from a medical practice, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. On the other hand, the doctor, Dr. Theard, seemed to be a good doctor. Several patients praised her for being caring and professional, and she was able to help one patient put their chronic disorder into remission. However, this was not consistent with the experience of every patient, and some people had very negative experiences with the office staff.Overall, I would not recommend this practice to others due to the issues with communication and responsiveness. While the doctor may be good, the office staff's problems outweighed the positives in my opinion. One thing that stood out to me was the issue of poor communication and responsiveness from the office staff. It seemed like they were not prioritizing patient care and were more concerned with making a quick profit. This was evident in the policy of charging a $50 fee to reschedule an appointment, which some patients felt was unfair. It also seemed like they were not doing enough to follow up with patients or return their calls, which led to a lot of frustration and disappointment.Despite some positive reviews from patients, the office staff's problems seem to be a major issue that needs to be addressed.
