The business has a solid overall score, but it lags a bit in terms of quality. The prices are hard to beat, but some customers have reported issues with cleanliness and maintenance. Despite this, the business has found a way to innovate and offer convenient services to its customers. One major issue is the state of some of the dryers, with several customers reporting that they are not working properly or are too hot. This has resulted in clothes being left damp or damaged.
