This location has its own unique character. While it's a great place for seniors, it has its drawbacks. The staff is friendly and tries their best to assist residents, but the current remodeling process is causing a lot of stress and anxiety. The construction noise, dust, and debris are overwhelming, and some residents are unhappy with the new additions, such as the hydraulic door hinges. However, when completed, the building and apartments should be modernized and brought up to date.The property is well-maintained, with a secure and clean environment. The residents are friendly, and there are nice common areas. However, the manager can be crabby and overbearing, which may be a concern for some. The dining room food is not prepared on-site, and residents rely on pre-packaged Meals on Wheels.One of the biggest issues with this location is the poor communication and organization of the remodeling process. Residents are being moved back into apartments that are not ready, and there are many construction-related issues, such as a non-functional heating system and subpar work. However, the assistant manager, Leaha, is doing her best to help residents and has been very supportive.Despite the issues, this location has its strengths. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, and the community has a lot of potential. With a little more attention to detail and communication, this location could be a great place for seniors to call home.One of the biggest issues that stands out is the lack of adequate parking during working hours, which can be frustrating for residents and visitors. However, this is not the only issue, and it's clear that the remodeling process has caused a lot of problems for the residents.
