The owners, Taylor and Grant, are approachable and responsive to their members' needs. They have created a sense of community at the gym, where members support and motivate each other to reach their full potential. One of the standout features of this fitness center is its ability to accommodate members of all fitness levels. The coaches offer scaled modifications for those who need them, ensuring that everyone can participate and feel comfortable. The variety of workouts is also impressive, with a focus on functional movements and Olympic lifts. However, some members may find the classes to be a bit intense, especially for those who are new to CrossFit.
