This apartment complex is a wonderful place to live, with a great management team that is quick to fix any issues that arise. However, there is one major issue that detracts from the overall experience. The parking lot is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus. The building is located on Grant Ave Avenue in San Antonio, and it's close to the El Mirador co-brand.The working hours are standard, with Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 5:30 PM. Unfortunately, the weekend hours are limited, with no service available on Saturdays and Sundays.Some clients have had great experiences, but others have had issues with a neighbor who has been harassing them. In one case, a client was fined for noise complaints even though they had never been cited by the police. This issue seems to be unresolved and affects the quality of living for some residents.Overall, the apartment complex has a lot to offer, but this one issue needs to be addressed to improve the overall experience.
