The business is located in a convenient spot on NW Military Hwy Highway in San Antonio City. The office hours are regular and well-defined, which makes it easy for patients to plan their appointments. The staff seems to be welcoming and professional, as indicated by the high rating. One issue that stands out is that the restroom facilities seem to be the only provided amenity, which might not be enough for patients with longer stays. Despite this, the overall experience is excellent, with most patients expressing gratitude for the exceptional care provided by Dr. Watkins and the staff. Many reviewers praised the doctor's thorough explanations, calming demeanor, and follow-up care, which helped alleviate anxiety and make the experience smoother. The office seems to be well-equipped and accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. The staff's communication skills are also noteworthy, with many patients appreciating the phone calls and updates they received before and after their procedures. Overall, the business provides high-quality care, with a strong focus on patient comfort and satisfaction. However, the limited amenities might be a concern for some patients.
